These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.divinareef.com) and the services provided by Divina Ryf.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

1. Services Provided

Divina Ryf – provides consulting and creative services in the fields of:

  • Consulting and creative management

  • Visual storytelling (photography, videography, content creation)

  • Event planning and presentations

  • Development of communication materials (print and digital)

  • Art creative services include the creation of original artwork, illustrations, and commissioned pieces. Each artwork is produced individually and may vary from previews or concept sketches due to the creative nature of the process

  • Clients may request custom artwork through the website or direct contact. After discussing the project scope, the Artist will confirm the price, timeline, and specifications before work begins.

All project specifics are agreed upon individually and confirmed in writing.

2. Use for Self-Promotion

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Divina Ryf reserves the right to use completed works (e.g. images, commissioned work, videos, designs, event documentation) for portfolio and self-promotion purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to cooperate fully and provide the necessary input, access, and materials required for the execution of the project. Delays caused by missing or late input from the client are not the responsibility of Divina Ryf and may affect delivery timelines.

4. Travel and Expenses

Any travel or accommodation costs required for project completion will be communicated in advance and must be covered by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Force Majeure

Divina Ryf is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events outside of reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

6. Booking and Payment

Projects must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms are agreed upon individually and stated in the offer. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Work may be withheld until payment is received.

Payment for commissioned artwork must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will begin only after payment or deposit has been received.

The Client may request a limited number of revisions during the sketch or draft stage. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra fees.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If a confirmed project is cancelled by the client:

  • More than 5 business days before start: no charge.

  • Less than 5 business days: 50% of the agreed fee may be invoiced.

  • Work already delivered is non-refundable unless proven defective.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Divina Ryf remain the intellectual property of the provider unless explicitly transferred. Clients receive usage rights as agreed. Redistribution, resale, or modification of content is not permitted without written permission.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered business address of Divina Ryf.
